International Delivery

International Delivery cost depend on the weight of your order and the way of delivery. To find out how much your order costs, add the items you want to buy to your cart, then go to the payment page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping fee will be displayed

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we do our best to fulfil your request within 15 working days of your order date. Business day means Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays

Please note that we do not ship on Friday

The delivery date may vary due to the shipping company's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and required items. Products may be delivered in separate shipments

Exchange or Return of Goods

We also consider health, safety and hygiene to be of utmost importance which is why all purchases made on my-lenses.com are not returnable or exchangeable after purchase.

In the case of a manufacturing defect kindly contact our customer service team at info@my-lenses.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Our team will need to inspect the product and verify the defect. Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same product.

When will my order be dispatched?

We post the orders once all of the products are ready to dispatch. We do not split orders and aim to get your full order to you in one deliver

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

If you haven't received your Jordan order within 3 working days please get in touch with customer services . Our customer service team are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Please note that we do not ship on holidays

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

For Jordan Delivery 

Place your order by 11:45pm between Saturday to Wednesday and if your lenses are in stock you'll receive them the next day as standard. Orders placed on Thursday to Friday (until 1pm on Friday) will be delivered on Saturday
